The Charge Vac is a perfect match for the Contractor whom occasional have insulation removal jobs. A good balance between production capacity and price, this insulation vacuum will give your business the flexibility to handle most jobs - including insurance jobs.

The silent electric motor makes the machine ideal in places where special attention must be paid to noise levels. Ideal for cleaning up after water or fire damaged insulation materials.

Damaged insulation material (water, fire and smoke) is heavy and it requires an industrial solution to remove the heavy material. The Charge Vac are able to vacuum heavy, damp material into a disposable bag or directly into a truck or dumpster.

AR-400 0.64 cm steel chamber band eliminates the need for a replaceable liner. The Charge Vac has an AR-500 steel fan blades which offer 3 x’s the wear life. Combined with our proprietary Vacuum Saver (optional), objects are removed from the insulation materials before causing disastrous damage to the impeller fan, chamber and the electro engine.

Connecting a Vac Saver:
The vac saver is designed to be used for loose fiber insulation , it is not designed to be used with batt/ board insulation

The Vac-Saver, will approximately slow production speed by 10 % with loose fille fibers (only). However, many of our customers choose to use this device, since they want to protect the fan blade from possible damage from larger objects.

Why?
Once the fan blade is damaged, and runs out-of-balance, the engine is subject to extreme vibration and will damage the internal parts of the engine in a short time.

Our warranty does not warrant the vacuum under these conditions and the contractor essentially operates at his own risk and assumes responsibility for repairs.
